Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality.

Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.

  • Certification may be required depending on the area the role supports (e.g., Oracle/PeopleTools Certified Expert Certification, Workday Administrator Certification, etc.).
  • PeopleSoft HRIS experience

Other Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of business process analysis and ERP configuration.
