SUMMARY: The Senior ERP Business Process Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business processes across the organization. This role serves as a bridge between business units and the IT team, ensuring that ERP solutions meet the business requirements and drive operational efficiency. The Senior ERP Business Process Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, optimize, and implement process improvements within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the development, documentation, and optimization of business processes across various functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources, manufacturing) within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
  • Ensure ERP processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business requirements.
  • Function as the primary liaison between business units and the IT/ERP implementation team to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with business intelligence and reporting teams to ensure that the ERP system produces accurate and meaningful reports that support business decision-making.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, managing risks and mitigating issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
    • or an additional 3-year specific work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, business process management, or related fields.
  • Strong project management experience, including leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • ERP certifications, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, are highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
