Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading day-to-day ERP operations while supporting broader IT initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing organization. The position partners closely with executive leadership to support ERP strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technology projects, including an upcoming Epicor upgrade and cloud migration.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Epicor ERP environment.

• Provide ERP support across manufacturing and business functions.

• Manage ERP upgrades, testing, patches, licensing, documentation, user security, and training.

• Develop custom ERP reports and support reporting initiatives.

• Coordinate with third-party IT providers to maintain infrastructure, network stability, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backups, VPN, MFA, and system availability.

• Configure and support ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.

• Collaborate on customizations using SQL, C#, and LINQ.

• Support AI, automation, and business intelligence initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

• Manage vendor relationships, helpdesk escalations, user provisioning, and IT assets.

• Participate in IT roadmap planning and technology improvement projects across multiple facilities.

• Maintain documentation and provide cross-functional IT support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of IT systems, ERP administration, infrastructure, or application support experience (manufacturing preferred).

• Experience supporting Epicor ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP platform.

• Experience coordinating outsourced IT providers.

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes within a manufacturing ERP.

• Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, C#, LINQ, SSRS, Crystal Reports, EDI, and Microsoft 365.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• English required; Spanish preferred.
