Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Location: Chandler,AZ / Addison,TX / Hopewell,NJ Work Arrangement: 4 day in office with 1 day WFH Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12 -18 months Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role: This is an entry-level Technical Support opportunity designed for recent college graduates looking to start their career in IT. You’ll work closely with users and internal IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve support requests, and learn how enterprise technology environments operate. You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues. Assist with Windows, email, printers, and other common applications. Monitor and respond to support tickets through a ticketing system. Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams. Assist with software installations, updates, and basic system configurations. Follow IT security and support procedures. Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with users. Compensation Hourly Rate: 23$-25$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
