We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlantic City, NJ.

Job Description - Objectstream,Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a support initiative in AtlanticCity,NJ.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing call center / help desk operations (Tier1-Tier3) as well as strong technical expertise across networking, infrastructure, and application support environments. This role requires a confident leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure uptime and performance of complex IT systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday operations across Tier1,Tier2,andTier3support functions.
  • Lead infrastructure and application support projects through full SDLC/operational lifecycle.
  • Coordinate across engineering, network operations, and support teams to ensure service availability.
  • Oversee implementation and administration of infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Manage configuration, release, and deployment pipelines including CI/CD setups.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on switches, routers, OracleRAC, AnsibleTower, and related infrastructure.
  • Apply PMPmethodologies for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Utilize JIRAandConfluence extensively for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with team leads to enforce SLAs and process improvement aligned with ITILbestpractices.
  • Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • 15+years of experience managing largescale technical or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in call center / help desk environments (Tier1-3).
  • Proven background in infrastructureandapplication support delivery.
  • Proficiency in JIRAandConfluence (expert level required).
  • Strong handson understanding of network devices (switches, routers) and monitoring platforms.
  • Solid technical grounding in ElectronicorNetworkEngineering and DatabaseEngineering.
  • Indepth knowledge of OracleRAC and AnsibleTower.
  • Experience establishing CI/CDpipelines and automation frameworks.
  • PMPcertification(required).
  • ITILFoundationcertification(preferred).
  • Must be a US citizen, or hold an immigration status valid for working in the US and have lived in the US for the past 3 years.
  • Must be able to hold and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred: 

  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring suites.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced, missioncritical environments.

Education:
