What youll own:

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) you will own and spearhead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various internal, and customer facing projects within our organization. You will strive to deliver and scale high-quality software products on time to market, in alignment with strategic goals while meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders. TPMs possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional technical acumen, a strong track record in project management, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. They are responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company's core values, culture, policy, and procedures at all times.

  • Prioritize client satisfaction by fostering open and transparent communication, understanding their requirements (both business and technical), and guiding the project team in delivering tailored solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Create a comprehensive project schedule and allocate tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
  • Learn and understand our product suite. Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring that technical solutions align with project requirements and industry best practices. Proactively address technical challenges and roadblocks to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, clients, and external partners. Provide regular project status updates, technical reports, and address any technical concerns or queries.
  • Identify potential technical risks and develop risk-mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans when necessary.


What youll need for success:

  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS, PMP preferred.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, foster collaboration, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • In-depth understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and their role in integrating different software systems. Ability to work with developers and technical teams to design and\or implement API integrations.
  • Proficiency in data import processes and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with setting up secure payment gateways and ensuring compliance with payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Knowledge of encryption and security protocols related to financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of integrating with various software systems, third-party applications, and databases to create cohesive and efficient solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion. Ability to create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project risks effectively.
  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ability to collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and the ability to adapt project management practices to suit the project's needs.
  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications.
  • Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for software integrations and API-related solutions.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office applications as well as industry-specific analysis software
