Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic relationships with leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs. This role combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to support the full sales cycle, from solution design to implementation. The individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement, delivers tailored interconnectivity solutions, and proactively addresses customer needs. Additionally, the role involves monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics, contributing to accurate sales forecasting, and identifying opportunities to enhance products, processes, and overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
  • Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlinkโ€™s interconnectivity connectivity solutions.
  • Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlinkโ€™s value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlinkโ€™s solutions.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.
  • A self-driven and highly motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
