Job description

This is a client-facing technical support and coordination role (non-sales). The Technical Account Manager acts as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering, service, and operations teams, supporting equipment performance, service needs, and project execution throughout the customer life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical support, equipment inquiries, and project coordination

  • Translate customer operational and technical needs to internal engineering, service, and project teams

  • Coordinate service schedules, activities, and follow-ups related to equipment performance

  • Track project and service progress to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met

  • Support preparation of technical proposals, service scopes, and related documentation (non-sales ownership)

  • Maintain a strong understanding of equipment, services, and industry applications to effectively support clients
