Hybrid role 3X a week in office in Elk Grove, CA; no remote capabilities

Position Summary: 

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for day-to-day activities that provide support and improve processes for the inside, field and national accounts sales teams. The Sales Ops Analyst is an expert communicator and collaborator, working closely with all areas of the company, and provides vital and timely information to a variety of team members. Speed, accuracy, and a keen understanding of ALLDATA, sales, support and marketing are paramount for this position. This role requires a desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology, research and present findings to help business goals, with emphasis on CRM.

Position Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:

  • Management, maintenance, onboarding and coaching of day-to-day sales tools specifically including CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, lead generation software, Act-On and more
  • Enhancements of day-to-day sales tools to further sales team goals
  • Compliance of data entry for pipeline and customer integrity
  • Perform list management operations including cleansing, segmentation, and tagging 
  • Push out targeted non marketing campaigns to sales and support teams to support initiatives and target customers via data analytics
  • Territory management
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and complete data in the CRM system
  • Ad-hoc Reporting and analysis as requested
  • Use commission software to validate commission / incentive payouts based on commission plans and policies
  • Ticket queue environment experience to work at a fast pace resolving operational and policy related questions from sales, support, finance teams

Position Requirements: 

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent experience, Business, Data Analysis, or Business preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in related fields
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems
  • Experience with marketing automation software
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Previous experience with inside sales administration, commission calculation and sales operations strongly desired
  • Experience with sales data collection and analysis
  • Advanced Excel capabilities. Extensive experience working with large data sets and validating data outputs/insights to ensure that stakeholders are provided accurate, actionable data.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills. Passion toward problem solving using data driven strategies.
  • Passion for data integrity
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries useful (MS SQL Server and MySQL)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Passionate about process development and improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
  • Analytical and problem solving

The salary range for this position is $62,900 - $105,000.
