We are a relationship-driven, full-service flooring company, based northeast of Atlanta. Our expertise lies in seamless installation services, and project management tailored to deliver outstanding results for any flooring project.
We're growing fast and looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Business Sales & Development professional to help expand our builder network, strengthen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Position Overview
The Business Sales & Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key builder and designer accounts, and promoting Hillman Flooring & Design's full range of products and services. This role combines outside sales, relationship management, and strategic business development to help shape the future growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business within the builder, remodel, and design markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, designers, and trade partners through regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and quoting to closing deals and ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design center, installation, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and builder meetings to represent Hillman Flooring & Design professionally.
  • Prepare detailed bids, proposals, and presentations customized for each client.
  • Work closely with leadership to set revenue goals and measure progress through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize RFMS and Microsoft tools to manage pipelines, track communications, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the flooring, construction, or design industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, or homebuilding preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with RFMS or other flooring CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
