Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain significant experience in sales and marketing in a b2b environment with substantial earning and advancement opportunities.
Sales Development Representatives at CVN need to be comfortable on the phone. Most of our outbound calling is to warm leads, and the individual who fills this role should be able to speak with confidence about the value of CVN's service for the legal professional.
Functions include:
  • Build prospecting and contact lists using existing targets, web research, and prospecting tools
  • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for all email campaigns and tracking contact activity
  • Create, test, and track email content and metrics
  • Contact warm leads by phone and direct email to gauge interest and qualify prospects for the sales team
  • Develop prospecting strategy with the sales team
  • Assist marketing with strategy and content for outbound messaging
  • Own ongoing communication and follow-ups with prospects and schedule appointments

Qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Min. one-year experience; some sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong online and in-person networking skills
  • Excellent research skills
