Job description

Title: Marketing Manager (Energy Product Marketing) Location: Denver, CO (T3) preferred | Minneapolis, MN (401 Nicollet) considered Schedule: Hybrid – onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday Pay Rate: $35.00-$39.00 Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension Level: Early Career About the Role System One is seeking an entry-level Marketing Manager to support Clean Heat and Beneficial Electrification programs focused on residential HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole-home energy efficiency initiatives. Internally, this role aligns closely with an Associate Product Manager position and is designed as a developmental opportunity for candidates looking to grow their product and program management experience. This role will work closely with senior product leadership and cross-functional teams to help support product strategy, program execution, customer communications, and operational coordination across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Clean Heat product strategy under the guidance of Senior Product Managers
  • Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules and customer-facing materials
  • Create, update, and maintain applications, collateral, and program documentation
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and customer messaging initiatives
  • Partner with marketing communications teams to ensure messaging clarity and consistency
  • Support data-driven decision making through KPI tracking and reporting
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Help ensure programs are implemented accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborating with marketing, policy, regulatory, and program teams
  • Supporting campaign execution and communications updates

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
  • Marketing Degree
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, business, product support, or program coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math and analytical capability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic analytical and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or communications initiatives
  • Salesforce experience
  • Exposure to HVAC, beneficial electrification, weatherization, or energy efficiency programs
  • Business analytics or reporting experience
  • Experience with residential insulation, air sealing, or government-funded energy programs
