  • Consulting & Account Management: Engage with business owners to assess energy needs, provide tailored energy solutions, and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand and improve their energy efficiency.
  • Sales & Product Solutions: Offer energy-saving products and services that align with client needs, effectively managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Account Expansion & Retention: Develop strategies to retain existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and grow accounts.
  • Training & Expertise: Continuously build product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest energy-efficient solutions, enabling you to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless account management, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

A Typical Workday:

  • 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Participate in internal meetings and client calls to discuss new solutions, optimize current plans, and engage with potential leads.
  • 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Focus on account management activities, client follow-ups, and conducting in-person or virtual consultations to present solutions and increase sales.

Qualifications:
