Success in this role requires building deep, multi-threaded relationships across the C-suite, positioning the firm as a primary partner for integrated technology and business transformation. Byleveragingstrong industry and technologyexpertise, the roleidentifieshigh-value opportunities and aligns client business challenges with innovative solutions across cloud, data and analytics, AI, infrastructure, and managed services.

The position also plays a critical role in orchestrating cross-functional teams to design, sell, and deliver complex, multi-service solutions, whilemaintaininga strong pipeline andaccurateforecasting. Equally important is ownership of overall account health-ensuring client satisfaction, mitigating risks, driving successful renewals, and delivering measurable business outcomes that reinforce long-term partnerships and client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify,targetand sell RSM solutions to current RSM clients as well as prospective clients. These duties include responsibility for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary resources to best position the firm to secure the business.

  • Implement team strategy for driving revenues with existing client accounts. Work with Partners, Directors and other client servers to prioritize existing firm clients and create client expansion account plans to include cross-selling ofopportunities outside of the service line whereappropriate.

  • Achieve stated growth goals (both client expansion as well asnetrevenueretention) through demonstrated mastery of service offerings, account plan execution,quarterlybusiness reviews, relationmap strategy,and sales process best practices implementation.

  • Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for RSM clients as well as prospective clients within targeted markets and/or industries.

  • Develop andmaintaina pipeline of client and/or new client opportunities thatmeetsthe Enterprise Sales Organization's stated pipeline requirements.

  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Organization management to provide ongoing, required administrative reporting within the firm CRM, essential administrative requirements of the role, and active participation in team and/or firm meetings/calls/events

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired

  • Minimum 5 years of professional services sales and/or account managementselling experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • CRM experience for sales and/or account management application and requirements

  • Formal sales process training (consultative selling, solution-based selling, complexsalesor related consultative selling approaches)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a comprehensive and often complex sales process involving multiple internal resources and external decision-makers. Leadership in this role islargely basedon influence and subject matterexpertiserather than formal leadership roles or reporting lines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within a consulting firm/accounting firm environment

  • 7+ years of account management, technology consulting account leadership, or strategic advisory sales experience in management consulting, systems integration, professional services, or technology-enabled business transformation.

  • Experience sellingCloud-Native software solutions (ie, NetSuite, Salesforce)

  • Experience selling One Microsoftsolutions

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $102,800 - $176,000

Individuals selected for this role may be eligible for sales commissions and a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
