Job Description
Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for payment research. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal other financial institutions and external customers. Leads high performance teams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees. Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility. Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to card payment research.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent supervisory and management skills in prior positions
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by credit card payment research
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Working with consumer customers on ICS and with Corporate customers on TSYS system
- Ability to embrace change and motivate employees

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,050.00 - $73,000.00
