Job description

Customer Service Agent – (Onsite)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Employment Type: Long‐term temporary
Start Date: 7/6
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (must be flexible)

Ready to grow your customer service career—without dealing with angry customers or nonstop inbound calls?

We’re hiring Customer Service Agents to support property insurance payment processing in a structured, professional, and team‐focused environment. This is an excellent entry‐level opportunity for individuals who enjoy detail‐oriented work, outbound calling, and building a long‐term foundation in customer service and payments operations.

In this role, you’ll handle outbound calls only, working directly with insurance carriers to submit and process payments for mortgage escrow accounts. If you’re reliable, tech‐savvy, and looking for a role with growth potential, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to submit and process payments
  • Use a CRM-based system to update payment status and track progress
  • Process payments via web portals, automated phone systems, and live representatives
  • Escalate issues to team leads as needed
  • Manage daily workload and ensure payment accuracy

Call volume ramps gradually—from about 30 calls per day up to approximately 70.

Training & Work Environment

  • 4–5 days of onsite training (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
  • Classroom-style learning followed by shadowing and hands-on support
  • Business casual dress code (professional and comfortable)
  • Collaborative, structured environment with clear expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Pleasant, calm, and confident phone presence
  • Strong spoken English communication skills
  • Reliable, self‐motivated, and detail‐oriented
  • Team player with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and committed to personal and professional development

Why Apply?

  • No inbound customer calls
  • Consistent weekday schedule
  • On-the-job training and support
  • Opportunity to grow into advanced customer service roles
  • Stable, long‐term assignment with performance-based opportunities
