Job Overview:
  • Responsible for supporting entry-level sales processes and operational activities including customer onboarding, documentation management, proposal handling, CRM updates, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.ย 
  • The role involves ensuring accurate execution of sales support tasks, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with customer and order-related activities in alignment with defined performance metrics.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work across departments for alignment and information sharing.
  • Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
  • Ability to perform entry-level operational tasks with guidance.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of lean principles (preferred).

Experience:
