It ensures products are successfully brought to market through strong creative execution while continuously improving the processes, tools, vendors, and teams that make marketing more efficient, scalable, and effective.

We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories. The Fireplaces Business Unit is one of our key business units within Hearth & Home Technologies, featuring leading brands such as Heat & Glo, Majestic, Heatilator, and more. • Lead and develop project management and event management resources
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Build a scalable operating model that enables Marketing to deliver more effectively with greater consistency and impact
