Position Overview:Â
Notre Dame School of Milwaukee seeks a dependable, organized, and service-minded Operations & IT Support Coordinator to assist with daily school operations and provide basic technology support to faculty and staff. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in school administration and IT support within a mission-driven environment.
Education/Experience: Â High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (completed or in progress).
Responsibilities: The roles responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations
- Support daily administrative and operational needs
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Manage supplies and maintain organized records
- Respond to facilities requests and coordinate with vendors
- Provide general support to faculty and staff
IT Support
- Serve as first point of contact for basic technology issues
- Troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and other classroom and office technology
- Set up School owned devices and user accounts for staff and studentsÂ
- End of school year audit of staff and student devices. Clean/repair/label devices for the coming year
- Assist with Google Workspace account management
- Maintain technology inventory and device tracking
- Coordinate with Director of IT when needed

Work Conditions:
- Must be able to commute between campuses

- Light physical activity may be required, such as lifting or moving supplies (typically up to 20-30 lbs).
