The Role - Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Manufacturing Operations Manager owns and improves all manufacturing operations to ensure the division delivers quality electrical assemblies safely, on time, within budget, and at target profitability. This role drives operational excellence, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and team development while supporting the division's growth objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure customer orders are manufactured and shipped on time.
  • Balance labor, equipment, and material resources to meet production schedules.
  • Eliminate bottlenecks and improve production flow.
  • Manage direct labor efficiency and manufacturing overhead.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
What You Bring (Required Experience)
  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing supervisors or managers.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, panel fabrication, controls manufacturing, or related industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong ERP/MRP experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Proven success leading teams in a growth-oriented manufacturing environment.
