About the position

As Head Of Operations– Quick, you drive the overall operational performance of the Quick brand in Belgium and Luxembourg. You translate brand and marketing ambitions into strong operational plans and support both franchise partners and your team in delivering outstanding commercial results and customer experiences.

You combine strategic leadership with hands‑on field presence, ensuring all departments collaborate to build a profitable and consistently excellent Quick network with 78 restaurants.

By reporting to Operations Director, a member of the Executive Committee, you will be part of the Leadership Team at Burger Brands Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the operational roadmap for Quick in close partnership with HQ teams, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Training, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Development. This includes the sales and service strategy and action plans to achieve the annual objectives (turnover, profitability, traffic, customer satisfaction).

  • People Management

Guide, coach and inspire a team of 3 field consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, development and operational excellence.

  • Marketing & Brand Execution

Participate actively in the development of the overall Quick marketing strategy, bringing field, customer and operational insights to the marketing teams.

Contribute to the development of the Quick Franchise network by onboarding new partners and nurturing strong, trust‑based relationships with existing franchisees. Within the network, support more than 35 franchisees alongside the 3 field consultants and ensure operational continuity.

  • Operations Excellence

Contribute to innovation and operational improvements by bringing field insights into product, equipment and process development.
