ABOUT LCI

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Coordinator, Help Desk, provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for users across Base Supply Stores, Manufacturing Sites, Distribution Centers, and Off-Site users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Durham, NC
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30PM
Occasional On-call weekend support, Occasional before and after-hour support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and managing help desk tickets
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Basic M365, Exchange, AD, AzureAD, Entra administration
  • Remote management tools
  • Support and remote access for off-site users, distribution centers, manufacturing & base supply stores
  • Hardware deployment & troubleshooting
  • End-user support for Win10/Win11
  • Maintaining system documentation and activity logs
  • Performing Windows operating system and Microsoft software updates

Physical
  • Lift 50 pounds: printers, servers, PCs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Five years related work experience.
  • Good phone skills required. Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals (technical and non-technical)
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Systems, hardware maintenance, networks, and knowledge of Axapta is extremely helpful.
