Entry-Level Human Resources Assistant

Location: Westborough, MA – Fully Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay: $21–$23/hour

Openings: 2

A busy and professional organization in Westborough is seeking two Entry-Level Human Resources Assistants to support the HR team with administrative, onboarding, data entry, and employee support functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

• Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and new hire documentation.

• Enter, update, and maintain employee information in internal systems.

• Support HR recordkeeping, filing, scanning, and document organization.

• Help coordinate employee communications, forms, and follow-up items.

• Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, orientations, or HR-related appointments.

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

• Respond to basic employee questions or direct inquiries to the appropriate HR contact.

• Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
