Mach 1 Stores of Haubstadt, Indiana is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and efficiently handle our store's operational duties. For our entry-level customer service associates, there are AM, PM, and Overnight shifts available. The hourly wage starts at $13.50 with a 25 cent pay increase every 3 months for a year AND double time pay for holidays. We also offer fuel discounts, vacation time (even for part-time employees), shift differential, a 401(k) option, and employee discount program for fountain drinks/coffee and car washes. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

You are the face of our convenience store! While people love our clean, friendly atmosphere and the products we offer, they wouldn't keep coming in if it weren't for the fantastic customer service that you provide them every single time. There is always something to do, but customer service is always your first priority!

You assist customers with purchases and make sure that they have what they need. Following company guidelines and ensuring safety in the workplace, you're the go-to cashier and keep merchandise stocked and fronted. You perform any additional tasks assigned by the store manager, including properly cleaning and maintaining all equipment, floors, pumps, lot, and more! You like to stay busy. And you love that you get to meet lots of new people every day, as well as old friends.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Able to lift periodically
  • Cashier / cash handling skills
  • Can walk/stand for shift duration
  • Able and willing to work weekends and holidays
