We have steadily grown over the years by providing our customers the best service, the best experience and the best products. Since 2001, we have been serving our customers nationwide and can customize just about any product to meet the needs of our clients.
Job Summary:
This is an entry-level position. We are looking for a talented, creative, competitive, customer-service oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving sales goals and providing an excellent customer experience. They will act as the first line of contact with both new and existing customers. The position requires the candidate to be extremely detail-oriented, hard-working and dedicated. They must be able to multitask, have excellent communication and organization skills, and be comfortable dealing directly with customers, coworkers and vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and accurately take custom orders to achieve satisfaction
  • Accurately enter detailed information and orders into our order management systems
  • Create and submit complete, effective and thorough art requests for custom orders
  • Manage the entire cycle of the order process to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep a clear and detailed record of all transactions
  • Process and apply payments
  • Diligently follow up on and perform account receivables
  • Create up-sell opportunities
  • Call and email existing and potential customers to increase sales
  • Build relationships through excellent customer communication and a sense of urgency

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in a related field, preferred
  • Experience in custom apparel and promotional products a plus
