Job description

Info Gain Consulting is currently seeking an exceptional Endpoint Engineer to join our team. You will be supporting and provide invaluable support to the Congressional Budget office IT support- Sentry contract.
  • Approximately eight years in IT, endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.
  • At least six years of experience performing engineering rather than routine help-desk functions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint-security, imaging, patching, configuration, and lifecycle-management capabilities.
  • Develop secure Windows and macOS workstation images, including VDI and remote-access support.
  • Administer Ivanti and KACE patching, deployment, and configuration-drift remediation.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF Pro.
  • Implement endpoint-compliance policies and device-enrollment workflows.
  • Support YubiKey, CAC, FIDO, and other passwordless or hardware-backed authentication.
  • Integrate endpoint telemetry and logs with SIEM and EDR platforms.
  • Develop forensic-artifact collection playbooks.
  • Document findings-to-remediation and operational workflows.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or cybersecurity is preferred, although equivalent experience may be accepted.
