Senior Endpoint Engineer  

Onsite (Preferred Office Locations): Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Conshohocken, PA; Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS 

* This position requires working on a hybrid schedule of at least three in-office days per week, with the possibility of eventually being required in the office full-time. Candidates that are not local must relocate within a few weeks after their onboarding. Remote candidates will not be considered. 

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint computing solutions across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows endpoints, and endpoint security platforms. This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable end-user computing services through automation, endpoint lifecycle management, policy governance, and platform optimization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune. 

  • Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including image creation, VM deployment, and performance monitoring. 

  • Engineer, maintain, and support enterprise Windows desktop images. 

  • Develop automated software deployment, patching, imaging, and provisioning solutions. 

  • Manage the lifecycle of enterprise desktop and laptop devices. 

  • Configure and maintain Intune policies for: 

  • Application deployment 

  • Device compliance 

  • Security configurations 

  • Design and deploy Windows 11 provisioning using Intune Autopilot. 

  • Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies. 

  • Design and manage Active Directory Group Policies (GPOs). 

  • Implement endpoint security controls and compliance policies. 

  • Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support, root cause analysis, and preventative solutions. 

  • Package, test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications. 

  • Maintain SCCM/MECM task sequences and desktop images. 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support documentation. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on endpoint technologies and enterprise infrastructure. 

Required Technical Skills 

  • 8+ years of IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineering experience 

  • 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Intune 

  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering in enterprise environments 

  • Enterprise Desktop Engineering 

  • Windows 11 Administration & Deployment 

  • Microsoft Intune
