Job Summary:
TekSynap is a fast growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment. They are seeking a Lead – Endpoint Engineer to support the Transportation Team, responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.
• Manage SCCM/Intune image deployment and patch compliance.
• Develop GPOs, endpoint baselines, and configuration scripts.
• Ensure integration with DOT’s ITSM toolset (ServiceNow/Remedy).
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years in endpoint engineering.
• Microsoft MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Certification
• ITIL v4
• Bachelors in IT or Computer Engineering
• Public Trust.
• U.S. Citizen
