Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint solutions across Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise endpoint engineering expertise and experience serving as a senior technical escalation point for End User Computing and Desktop Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endpoint engineering initiatives and contribute to the endpoint technology roadmap.
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint and desktop issues.
  • Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/VDI) environments, including images, VM deployment, configuration, and performance.
  • Design and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, configuration, and security.
  • Implement Windows 11 Autopilot provisioning and Windows Update for Business policies.
  • Design and manage Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Maintain SCCM/MECM task sequences, Windows images, and operating system deployment processes.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using InstallShield or equivalent tools.
  • Manage endpoint patching, including operating system, application, BIOS, firmware, and security updates.
  • Implement endpoint security and compliance controls.
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Develop automation and process improvements for software deployment, imaging, patching, and endpoint management.
  • Maintain technical documentation and End User Computing knowledge-base content.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams.
