Job description


Superlanet is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to lead endpoint engineering, automation, and deployment efforts for our healthcare client in Texas. This role focuses heavily on Epic client deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management across clinical environments. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Epic Endpoint Leadership
  • Lead Epic client deployment & lifecycle management (Hyperspace/Hyperdrive)
  • Support go-live and command center operations
  • Configure endpoints for Epic workflows (printing, peripherals, workstation standardization)
  • Integrate Imprivata (SSO, badge tap, EPCS)
  • Support Epic device ecosystem (WOWs, kiosks, tablets, workstations)
  • Optimize endpoint performance (login times, profiles, session stability)
  • Coordinate with clinical, application, and infrastructure teams
Endpoint Engineering
  • Design and support endpoint environment (2,000+ devices)
  • Lead Windows 11, Intune/Endpoint Manager, GPO, SCCM/Autopilot
  • Standardize devices across clinical and administrative settings
  • Support Zero Trust and endpoint security (Defender, conditional access)
Automation, Security & Operations
  • Build automation (PowerShell, Python) for deployment and patching
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle (patching, imaging, inventory)
  • Monitor endpoint health (Nexthink, Tanium, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST) and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Provide Tier 3 support and lead root cause resolution
Project Leadership
  • Lead endpoint efforts for new site rollouts and upgrades
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create documentation and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
Required
  • 8+ years in endpoint engineering / desktop infrastructure
  • Epic experience in clinical environments
  • Strong experience with:
    • Windows 10/11
    • Intune / Endpoint Manager
    • SCCM, MDT, Autopilot
    • Group Policy
  • Strong PowerShell scripting
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments (2,000+ devices)
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator (or equivalent) Certification
Preferred
  • Imprivata (SSO, badge tap, EPCS)
  • CISSP, Security+, ITIL, PMP Certifications
