Job description

Who are we and what do we do?
Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026. It is Corteva's current intention, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.
The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry's most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops - and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.
The End User Computing (EUC) Leader is accountable for leading and operating the global End User Computing platforms as a core technology capability within Integrated Enterprise Systems IES. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle, including strategy execution, architecture alignment, product lifecycle management, and global platform operations across a multi domain environment. EUC is operated as a strategic enterprise platform that enables business performance, workforce productivity, and secure access to enterprise capabilities, not as a support function.
The EUC platform includes core end user computing technologies across all endpoints, including endpoint operating systems, Microsoft 365 and related workplace platforms, enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, enterprise email, as well as workstation, mobility, and enterprise print environments. This role operates with a high degree of ownership, leading day to day decision making and execution while shaping and influencing platform strategy in partnership with IES leadership. The role plays a key leadership role in evolving EUC platforms to support a modern, secure, and productive digital workplace, with full accountability for building and leading a global EUC organization, including talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development.
The role reports to the Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure Leader.
How does an EUC Leader Work?

  • Harmonizes Business Needs and Platform Capabilities: Aligns business needs to scalable EUC solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Enables a High-Quality Platform Portfolio: Drives value realization across EUC platforms, including productivity, adoption, and business impact.
  • Monitors Platform Health: Reviews performance, service levels, and digital employee experience metrics across endpoint, collaboration, and workplace platforms.
  • Leadership Presence and Decision Making: Communicates tradeoffs clearly and makes well-informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Organizational Leadership: Builds and develops strong global teams with clear accountability and performance expectations.
  • Platform Ownership with Domain Partnership: Business domains define needs while EUC platforms enforce standards, consistency, and scalability.
  • Enterprise Decision Leadership: Leads EUC domain decisions within governance forums, ensuring alignment to platform standards and preventing unnecessary complexity.

What are the EUC Leader's Skills and Behaviors?
  • Technology IQ: Deep understanding of EUC platforms including endpoint operating systems, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint, email, print services, and endpoint device ecosystems.
  • Business IQ: Understands how EUC enables employee productivity, collaboration, and enterprise performance.
  • Digital Employee Experience Focus: Defines and improves digital employee experience outcomes, including adoption, satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
  • Strong Communicator: Clearly conveys platform performance, risks, and tradeoffs across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Execution Leadership: Drives resilient, scalable, and high-quality platform delivery.
  • Partnership Mindset: Works effectively across infrastructure, security, data, and platform teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focuses on simplification, standardization, automation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Global Leadership Capability: Leads distributed teams and ensures consistent user experience across regions.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!
  • Lead and operate the EUC platform across strategy execution, product lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the primary EUC leader for platform execution and represent EUC in enterprise governance forums.
  • Own end to end EUC platform lifecycle, including roadmap execution, value realization, financials, and operational optimization.
  • Contribute to and influence EUC platform strategy, including endpoint, collaboration, workplace, and device platform direction.
  • Lead the design and evolution of EUC platform capabilities across: Endpoint operating systems, Microsoft 365 and workplace platforms, Collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and email, Endpoint environments including workstations and mobility, and Enterprise print and end user peripheral environments.
  • Establish and enforce standards across endpoint devices, collaboration tools, operating environments, print services, and workplace platforms.
  • Ensure EUC platforms are designed with clear standards for core capabilities, extensions, and integrations to maintain long-term platform integrity.
  • Establish governance for Microsoft 365 platforms, including tenant configuration, feature lifecycle, and licensing optimization.
  • Lead EUC platform operations across a global, multi region environment.
  • Drive modernization of the digital workplace, including endpoint platforms, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, mobility solutions, and print services.
  • Oversee full hardware lifecycle management, including procurement standards, deployment, refresh planning, support, and retirement of devices and peripherals.
  • Ensure EUC platforms meet enterprise expectations for performance, reliability, security, and user productivity.
  • Define and track key performance indicators related to digital employee experience, adoption, and platform effectiveness.
  • In partnership with the Cyber organization, strengthen endpoint security, identity integration, and compliance posture in partnership with security leadership, aligned to modern Zero Trust principles.
  • Drive simplification, consolidation, and standardization of EUC tools and platforms across endpoints, collaboration, and workplace environments.
  • Drive adoption of EUC platforms through enablement, communication, and change management initiatives.
  • Enable automation, self-service, and zero-touch provisioning across EUC environments to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with infrastructure, engineering, data, and enterprise platforms to ensure EUC is fully integrated into the broader IES ecosystem.
  • Manage EUC vendors, managed services, and technology providers, optimizing cost, performance, and service delivery.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global EUC organization.
  • Operate EUC as a durable platform, ensuring long-term sustainability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience - What you will bring to the table!
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10 plus years of experience in End User Computing, infrastructure, or workplace platforms.
  • 5 plus years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience operating EUC platforms at global enterprise scale.
