Summary

The EUC Transition Program Manager will lead end-to-end End User Computing (EUC) service transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operating model. The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization while maintaining service continuity and business confidence.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Lead EUC transition programs covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services, IMACD, and endpoint environments

 Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

 Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness

 Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services

 Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication

 Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues

 Coordinate across vendors, security, and operations teams

 Lead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state delivery

Required Experience & Skills

 Proven experience delivering EUC service transitions in enterprise environments

 Strong project/program management expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder transitions

 Solid understanding of EUC technologies and support models

 Ability to lead under tight timelines with minimal service disruption

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

 Experience in large-scale or outsourced EUC delivery models

 Strong experience in EUC transitions

 Proven project/program management background

 Excellent stakeholder and delivery management skills
