The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization whileย maintaining service continuity and business confidence.

๏‚ท Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

๏‚ท Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness

๏‚ท Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services

๏‚ท Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication

๏‚ท Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues
