AWS is seeking a Worldwide (WW) GTM Partner Specialist to help accelerate our End User Computing business (WorkSpaces, AppStream 2.0, WorkSpaces Secure Browser, WorkSpaces Thin Client)

The WW GTM Specialist will develop solutions, offerings, and programs that address customer and partner needs for desktop and Desktop as a Service, and lead programs and activities that accelerate customer adoption and support sales acceleration. This highly motivated person will collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, pilot and orchestrate execution of key strategies and programs. You will also work across our teams to assemble compelling evidence for customers and engage and support of new lighthouse and broader customer engagements.

This person will possess a business and IT background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the senior level leaders of large enterprises, partners and internally. You will have the technical depth and business experience to articulate the value proposition of running desktops and applications on AWS to customer decision makers. This person will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically long-term about the needs of complex global businesses, while executing in the short term to deliver results and capture data that helps optimize return on investment.

Key job responsibilities
- Define, build and deploy sales, business development and Partner strategies to help acquire new customers and help them successfully deploy desktops and applications on AWS
- Defines key customer and partner segments to target, driving the necessary business and technical relationships with customers and partners to establish new business in new customer segments, deliver artifacts and enablement that enables the sales teams to drive successful new business in order to build long-term business opportunity
- Engage enterprise lighthouse customers and partners about the End User Computing AWS value proposition, including senior level customer meetings to discuss customers' business issues and helps customers achieve business outcomes
- Establish ways to measure and track key mechanisms and programs related to partner adoption of End User Computing, and use data to optimize ROI
- Serve as an evangelist End User Computing externally and within AWS
- Own creation and orchestration of the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g

sales teams, product service teams, legal, support, etc.)
