Join our team in one of our locations in Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Midtown, Hendersonville and Hermitage.

We’re looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our PayMore team. If you’re tech-savvy, energetic, and organized — and you love sales, building relationships with customers, and working with today’s hottest electronics — this is the place for you.

From iPhones and MacBooks to Nintendo 64 consoles and games, you’ll be buying, selling, and closing deal after deal in a fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are ever the same.

JUNIOR BUYER-SELLER-LISTER (Part-time and Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers.
  • Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers.
  • Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided.
  • Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen.
  • Close sales and generate intake receipts.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment.
  • Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment – Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation
  • Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase.
  • Punctual, “get it done” upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to follow protocol and procedures.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
  • Understanding of eBay and basic use as a reference/search tool, Basic use of excel.
  • Sales experience a plus, but not required.

  • Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items.

Junior Buyer/Lister Compensation:
