Technical Sales Manager โ€“ After Sales (Recycling) (SF โ€“ 195)

Weโ€™re seeking a Technical Sales Manager โ€“ After Sales (Recycling) to lead customer relationships and drive business growth within the Recycling market for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Key clients include scrap dealers, steel mills, and aluminum mills. This role reports directly to the North America After Sales Recycling Manager and the Recycling Business Unit Management, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Technical Sales Manager โ€“ After Sales (Recycling) (SF โ€“ 195)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Provide technical support for recycling equipment and coordinate marketing initiatives across North America.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and on-site visits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate visit and activity reports.
