Job description

Job Overview:

The After Sales and Projects Manager for ASYS Group Americas is responsible for overseeing all post-sales activities, managing projects, and driving spare parts sales. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maximizing spare parts revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management skills, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. After Sales Management:

· Develop and implement after-sales service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

· Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Monitor after-sales service performance metrics and develop improvement plans.

· Oversee warranty claims and service contracts.

2. Spare Parts Sales:

· Develop and execute strategies to increase spare parts sales and revenue.

· Identify and target potential customers for spare parts.

· Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns for spare parts.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.

· Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

3. Project Management incl. On-site Project Management:

· Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

· Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors.

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

· Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery.

· Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding project updates and after-sales services.

5. Process Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in after-sales service and project management.

· Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and enhance service delivery.

· Implement and maintain project management tools and software.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

· PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in after-sales service management and project management.

· Proven experience in managing customer relationships and leading teams.

Skills:

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
