Job Responsibilities:

  • Profitably grow all areas of the aftermarket business through direct interface with end user customers, dealers, and factory personnel.
  • Work with various Corporate cross functional groups to provide product, customer, and dealer feedback.
  • Achieve the sales forecast and gross margin targets, for the assigned region.
  • Create and execute a sales plan that achieves the sales forecast.
  • Perform sales planning and sales analysis using CRM tools and other standard processes.
  • Manage and execute processes to maintain pricing, gross margin, and customer payments.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; advanced education preferred
  • 5 years of previous sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is required.
  • Excellent communications skills are required.
  • Understanding of difference and the effect on life cycle cost is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of dealer and customer business practices.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations 
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
