Job Description
The Learning Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and management of digital learning experiences through effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role supports the learning ecosystem by testing and uploading courses, building curricula, managing assignments, and maintaining data integrity. The Analyst plays a key role in operational excellence, learner experience, and alignment with organizational learning strategies. Success in this role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Course & Content Management
o Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules and digital content to ensure functionality and compatibility across platforms.
o Upload and configure learning content in the LMS, ensuring accurate metadata, version control, and learner accessibility.
Curriculum & Assignment Administration
o Build and maintain structured learning paths, curricula, journeys and channels aligned with business needs and learning objectives.
o Create and manage course assignments and assignment groups to support compliance and development initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
o Partner with learning consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to ensure timely and accurate deployment of learning programs.
o Provide guidance and support to end users and stakeholders on LMS and LXP functionality and best practices in order to meet program and business needs.
Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the learner experience through automation and innovation.
o Identify issues or enhancement opportunities in the learning platforms and communicate through appropriate channels.
Compliance & Governance
o Follow all related procedures, controls and workflow.
o Keep information updated regarding cases and assignments in required spreadsheets, cases and other documentation.
o Support audits and data requests with accurate and timely documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience managing content and users within a Learning Management System (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors)
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards
• Experience with ServiceNow or other similar ticketing system
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Experience working in a corporate or enterprise learning environment
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
