Smithfield Foods is seeking a creative and engaging Talent Development Learning Experience Designer to design, produce, and manage high-quality learning content that empowers our employees. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will translate complex, technical, or procedural information into engaging content - including e-learning modules, job aids, and in-person learning content. Content Development: Design and produce high-quality, on-brand learning materials, including interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.Subject Matter Expert (SME) Collaboration: Partner with SMEs, HR stakeholders, and functional leaders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in learning materials.Instructional Design Integration: Apply adult learning principles to turn complex content into engaging experiences.LMS Management: Oversee the uploading, implementation, testing, and maintenance of digital content within Workday.Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay current on training and development trends, content creation tools (e.g., AI tools), and social-style learning formats to keep training relevant and engaging.Content Analytics: Monitor content performance (completion rates, quiz scores, engagement metrics) to evaluate effectiveness and improve learning materials.Employer Branding Alignment: Ensure all internal training content reinforces company culture, values, and brand voice.WHAT WE'RE SEEKING: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
