Position: eLearning Developer

Location: New York, NY 10041

Job Type: Contract

Contract: 8 Weeks with potential extension

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 35

Pay Range: $1,500 - $1,800 per week


Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer for a contract opportunity in New York, NY. This role will support enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining engaging e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional design, multimedia development, video production, and learning management systems.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions.

• Create interactive online learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and related authoring tools.

• Develop engaging microlearning content, videos, and digital training resources.

• Produce training materials including manuals, flyers, brochures, graphics, and learning guides.

• Perform quality assurance testing of e-learning modules across multiple browsers and platforms.

• Upload, manage, and maintain learning content within PeopleSoft ELM.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and develop effective training solutions.

• Incorporate emerging learning technologies and best practices into instructional design strategies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design issues identified during testing.

• Support organizational compliance and workforce development training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design.

• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate.

• Experience creating interactive learning content and multimedia training materials.

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Strong graphic design and content development skills.

• Experience testing and deploying learning modules.

• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft ELM.

• Experience with Camtasia, Photoshop, and Audacity.

• Background in video production and editing.

• Experience developing microlearning content.

• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

• Experience supporting enterprise learning and workforce development initiatives.
