Job description

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) at our 195th Wing HQ and 195 ISRG location in Beale AFB, California. This position supports the Drug Demand Reduction Program through on-site program management, testing coordination, training, reporting, and outreach. The role also requires authorized travel to additional California Air National Guard locations as needed to support mission requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the Drug Demand Reduction Program to keep testing, reporting, training, and outreach activities on schedule and in compliance.
  • Coordinate and execute drug testing operations during drills, annual training periods, and other directed events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program procedures, testing metrics, results coordination, and outreach activities.
  • Train and support government-appointed personnel such as program administrators, backup collectors, trusted agents, and observers after completing required trainer certification.
  • Track testing rates, specimen quality, records, and program benchmarks, and develop corrective actions when performance goals are not met.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, notifications, metrics, memorandums, and supporting documentation within required timelines.
  • Coordinate with commanders, legal, medical, security, and human resources personnel to support testing plans, case management, and civilian testing requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to provide proof of required WDDRPM training and certification.
  • Knowledge of Drug Demand Reduction Program processes, procedures, and governing guidance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required access credentials and work on government installations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage records, reporting, training, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be able to travel to additional California Air National Guard locations as required to support program execution.

Security Clearance: Favorable background investigation or security clearance as required for system and installation access; Tier 1 vetting is required for CAC issuance where applicable.
U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes
English Proficiency: Yes
Computer Systems Experience: Drug Testing Portal (DTP), Air Force Drug Testing Software, iFTDTL, CarePoint, and standard government email and networked systems as required for the role.
