Job description

Mailroom Document Processor
ONSITE - Plano, Texas
Pay: $16/hour- Please note this pay rate may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. 

Monday - Friday | Scheduled start times may vary between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Shifts may last up to 12 hours or until work is complete (Clean Desk Policy)

Clean Desk Policy: Employees are required to complete all assigned work and clear their workstation before the end of each shift

Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

About the Role

As a Mailroom Document Processor, you will support high-volume mail and document operations in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include sorting, imaging, classifying, and processing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.

Requirements

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who can thrive in a production-focused environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lb. bags of mail
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with a team
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
  • Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours as needed
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug test

Key Duties

  • Sort, image, document, file, and archive mail by form type
  • Receive and organize incoming mail
  • Identify documents and determine processing requirements
  • Classify documents according to client and contract guidelines
  • Capture and process information accurately based on client requirements
  • Scan and digitally image files
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Additional Information

  • Overtime is required based on incoming mail volume
  • Candidates must be able to commit to assigned schedules without conflicts that would impact attendance or availability

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000-$35,000.
