Closing Processor (Remote | Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. โ€“ EST hours)

Pay: $19.62/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM EST

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

An established mortgage industry leader is seeking a detail-oriented Closing Processor to join our team due to increased business volume. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely real estate closing operations while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, buyers, sellers, and external partners.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Enter incoming contracts into the system accurately and promptly
  • Manage and monitor inboxes to ensure timely responses to emails
  • Review and process closing files to confirm clear title and that all required invoices are included
  • Order and track HOA documents and lien searches, ensuring receipt prior to closing
  • Communicate with buyers and sellers to gather necessary information and support transaction progress
  • Verify details via phone when needed (e.g., wire instructions, county information)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to keep transactions on schedule
