We're looking for a detail-oriented
Document Administrator to support our post-closing and documentation processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our loan files and supporting documentation processes. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist with the post-closing document receipt and review process
- Support QC Processors to ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scanning, filing, photocopying, faxing, and archiving documents
- Ensure proper file setup and organization of records
- Maintain and monitor tracking reports for loan file exceptions, missing trailing documents, and flood insurance coverage
- Partner with the operations team to resolve documentation errors, omissions, or discrepancies
- Assist with loan document research as needed
- Prepare and provide files for audits, reviews, exams, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; minimum 1 year of Banking or Insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Paralegal certification may be substituted for college degree.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Practical experience in an office documentation position.
- Experience of successfully working in and contributing to a workplace team environment
- Excellent time management skills, establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
