Job description

Contract Administrator-Intermediate
Fort Worth, TX 76177


Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed audits on incoming contracts to confirm that all fields and documents meet company and regulatory compliance standards.
Ensure all necessary documents are included, properly filled out, and signed according to various state and federal regulations.
If all is clear, take necessary steps to fund the contract and book the account into the portfolio system.
If gaps are identified, document the errors and assign the application to Discrepancy team to review and contact the dealer to resolve.
Skills and Qualifications:
Possess a keen eye for detail to identify even the slightest discrepancies in complex legal and financial documents.
Strategic organizational skills to manage a high volume of contracts and documentation efficiently and systematically.
Computer proficiency, with the proven ability to work across multiple computer applications concurrently, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval.
Proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, process contracts efficiently, and consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
Exceptional focus and concentration, demonstrating the ability to perform detailed audits and eliminate distractions for long periods of time.
