Job Title:        Project Coordinator V

Client:             Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration:        1 Year (Possible Extension)

Location:        Minneapolis, MN 55432

Shift:               1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and track milestones/deliverables
  • Manage ServiceNow and PLM work requests
  • Support document control and compliance activities
  • Generate project metrics and reports
  • Host team meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain project documentation and tracking logs

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams skills
  • Experience managing project milestones across multiple stakeholders
  • PLM systems or Document Control experience

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Case Management
