We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator/Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of electrical projects.

Salary Range: $73,000 - $76,000

Position: Document Control Coordinator II

Position Description:
The Document Control Support II provides intermediate-level document control and administrativeย 
support for the BuildLACCD Program. Working under the direction of the Document Control Manager,ย 
this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, organization, andย 
accessibility of program documentation. The role supports document processing, records management,ย 
contract documentation, invoice tracking, public information requests, and data management whileย 
ensuring compliance with established program procedures and document control standards.
ย Provide day-to-day support to the Document Control Manager in the administration and maintenanceย 
of the program's document control system.
ย Process, review, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing project documentation in accordanceย 
with established document control procedures.
ย Perform high-volume data entry while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of projectย 
records.

ย Apply document coding and indexing standards to ensure proper classification, retrieval, andย 
organization of electronic and hard-copy records.
ย Maintain, organize, archive, and retrieve project documents using the DocView documentย 
management system.
ย Perform records management activities, including document retention, archiving, and dispositionย 
in accordance with program policies and records retention requirements.
ย Support the management and maintenance of contract documents, including tracking revisions,ย 
amendments, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
ย Assist with processing, logging, and maintaining invoice documentation and related records toย 
support program operations.
ย Support responses to Public Information Requests (PIRs) by locating, organizing, and preparingย 
requested documentation in accordance with applicable procedures and timelines.
ย Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before distribution andย 
filing.
ย Coordinate with program staff and District personnel to obtain, distribute, and maintainย 
required project documentation.
ย Generate document tracking logs, reports, and status updates as requested byย 
management.
ย Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary program information.
ย Assist with continuous improvement of document control processes and procedures.
ย Perform other document control and administrative duties as assigned.


Minimum Required Qualifications:
ย Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience. High school diploma orย 
equivalent required.
ย Experience performing data entry, document processing, filing, and records management.
ย Experience working with contracts documents, invoices, and maintaining project records.
ย Experience using electronic document management systems.
ย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat).
ย Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining aย 
high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
ย Administrative experience in document control or records management.
ย Experience using DocView or a comparable document management system.
