Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Foodservice Sales Representative, you will manage a sales territory and work directly with:
• Foodservice distributor buyers
• Distributor sales representatives
• Key customer accounts
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow new and existing business
• Call on distributor buyers and support distributor sales reps in the field
• Introduce and promote new food and disposable products
• Build relationships with key accounts and decision makers
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and training events
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity and customer updates
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition
• Provide regular updates on account activity, opportunities, and challenges
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role-not a desk job.

Required Qualifications
• Must live in the Chicagoland area
• Valid driver's license (no DUIs)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred Experience
• 3-5 years of foodservice industry experience (broker, distributor, manufacturer, or culinary background)
• Sales or account management experience
• Experience calling on foodservice distributors or key accounts strongly preferred
