Inside Sales Representative
Well-established lumber company seeks an individual for inside sales. We specialize in exotic hardwood decking as well as hardwood lumber and flooring.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of decking, decking fasteners/accessories, and hardwood lumber/flooring. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, and alternating Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Benefits are available after 90 days and compensation is base of of $44,000 plus commission we supply the leads.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Learn and master the company's products and operational procedures
• Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone
• Learn competition to enhance your sales success
• Proactively create opportunities for new business
• Make warm and cold calls to create new sales and identify and pursue up-sell opportunities
• Build relationships to foster repeat business
• Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
