About MK Lighter

MK Lighter is an established and growing U.S. lighter manufacturer serving wholesalers, distributors, smoke shops, convenience stores, retailers, and channel partners nationwide.
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Wholesale Account Manager to grow wholesale and distributor business, develop new accounts, and build long-term customer partnerships.
This is not a passive order-taking role. You will identify opportunities, recommend product programs, support promotions, and help customers grow their business with MK Lighter.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop new wholesale, distributor, and retail accounts through outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Recommend product assortments, promotions, merchandising ideas, and sales programs
  • Build account growth plans and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Discuss pricing and promotions while supporting margin goals
  • Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on orders, inventory, and fulfillment
  • Track account activity, sales opportunities, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Travel for customer visits, distributor meetings, territory development, and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
  • 2+ years of B2B sales, wholesale sales, distribution sales, or account management experience
  • Proven cold calling, outbound sales, and new-account development experience
  • Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing product programs, promotions, pricing, and customer needs
  • Self-motivated and able to manage accounts independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting basic sales or product presentations
  • Willing to travel approximately 30%
  • Experience in consumer goods, accessories, smoke shop distribution, convenience store distribution, or lighter-related products is a plus
